One of the richest universities in Turkey in terms of student communities, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) has started Community Introduction Days.
With more than 100 student communities, MAKÜ Student Communities, which offer a wide range of hobbies to their students throughout their university education, organized introduction days to inform newly registered students.
During the introduction days, which will be held between October 23-27, community representatives set up stands in front of the Young Office of the Avşar Han Building in the İstiklal Campus. Community representatives both inform students at the stands and register members for the communities.
At MAKÜ, which has a student community in almost every branch of science, culture, and art, students register for communities to spend their time productively, produce something, gain new skills, and improve human relations.

MAKÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar visited the stands set up by student communities. Rector Dalgar was accompanied by the university administration, Burdur Youth and Sports Provincial Director Orhan Kemerkaya, and Amateur Sports Clubs President Mehmet Şimşek.
Rector Dalgar and his entourage chatted with community members and wished them success.
